Best Practices ...Instructional approaches and strategies for teaching and learning in today's
                        classrooms, creating a differentiated learning environment

Best Practices/ Instructional approaches that encourage the development of active,
                       engaged, student-centered classrooms.

...Be willing to be innovative
...Make sure that the student knows what is expected and what you are going to contribute to their
    growth and development.
